Like everyone else, Sleeve Consequences was born in Detroit at the age of seventeen. After a torrid affair with your mother, Consequences fled the monastery to pursue a career as an alias. Finding no work, he became a pseudonym, which he remains. His fictions and belles-lettres have been translated into English, Gullah, and FORTRAN, and have been published in oodles of hypothetical zines, gazines, and magazettes (also, more recently, in weblogs, blogs, weblos, and wogs). A resident of Seattle, Sleeve plays the Queen’s Indian Defense very poorly. His favorite odor is “acrid.”

"Police think he might have fired one or two rounds" means he didn't fire at all, according to my secondhand source who talked to alleged witnesses. I don't condemn the cops; waiting to be fired at would be a suicidal procedure. I do condemn the police spokesmen who say nonsense like this.
According to th'above-mentioned secondhand fellow, the deceased guy was earlier trying to sell that same gun to passersby on Broadway. He also mentioned seeing bloody evidence of a stabbing earlier, etcetera ad tedium. But I hunch the trend's already reversing, and hope to say why w/ next entry.
